My primary goal for an evaluation is to help you better understand yourself and your experience. --------FEES-------- ADHD Evaluation: $1,450 Autism Evaluation: $1,450 ADHD + Autism Evaluation: $1,750 Mental Health Diagnostic Evaluation (w/out autism/ADHD testing): $1,250 Cognitive/Intellectual Assessment Only (e.g., IQ testing): $950 *I have limited space available for those seeking a reduced fee, which you can inquire about during the initial call if there are any remaining openings. *Fees are specific to CA practice. *I am not in network with any insurance.
